    My company has an old 1974 Forklift. Some parts not easy to find but they seem to find them. They are quick to come out knowing a forklift down will impede business. They get us running quickly. Fast, friendly service.

    Bryan Tidwell and his company Forklift Hunter are the epitome of good old-fashioned customer service! Unlike many service companies who let technology run their businesses, when you call Forklift Hunter, a real person answers the phone and immediately takes care of your needs. When their technicians arrive to provide service, they are well-prepared, well-trained, and about as efficient as humanly possible. Because we are a small company with a small budget for repairs & maintenance, I am thankful to have been introduced to Forklift Hunter. Overall, their service is impeccable and their prices are fair. I would highly recommend Forklift Hunter to anyone in their service area. If you have used some of the bigger companies in the area for service work and you have experienced how they do business, you will be pleasantly surprised when you try Bryan's company Forklift Hunter!

    And he doesn’t even deserve one star! This company on my first experience with there mechanic was doing a pm on my forklift he said he changed the oil and filter. The next day I opened the forklift to see everything and noticed there was still the old oil filter on it. I called Bryan and explained it still had the old filter he preceded to call me a liar and I will send pictures. He acknowledged I was then correct and sent him back out to replace it the second time. This time he came and wiped off the oil around the filter and then PAINTED the old oil filter. The next day I noticed what he did and I sent Bryan pictures of what he did. The third time he actually finally replaced the filter and admitted he didn’t have the correct filter. Several months later I gave them another try on a different forklift replacing starter and flywheel and after I paid the bill it went out just a few months later and they came and replaced it a second time then he tried to make me pay what I did the first time. Few months later it went out the third time so I called someone else and now it’s been better than ever. Long story short NEVER trust this guy or his company. Also I get threatened by Bryan over the past few years and I mean very vulgar messages.

    This guy is a liar and a thief. He lied to me and stole $2800 from my company. Everything he is saying in this review is a lie, and I can prove it if anyone wants to see it. He admitted to both of my mechanics that he continued to operate his lift for three months with a bad starter. He assured me he was honest, pays his bills, and just needed my help. For weeks, he kept telling us he would pay his bill and suddenly refused. When I called him out, he left this review. I realize I’m supposed to respond with a friendly “sorry you feel this way,” but it is hard to tolerate dishonest people that steal from you.5/6/2021 Update: I sued this guy and won the lawsuit. Case No: CV-2020-901163.00 tried on May 5 in the Circuit Court of Baldwin County. I have a judgement ordering him to pay every penny he owes me + court costs.
